Job summary
Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to lead end-to-end functional design for designated workstreams within a Salesforce Life Sciences program.
You will collaborate with client business owners, product owners, and technical leads to translate business processes into scalable platform solutions and guide a team of analysts and configurators toward delivery.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience in functional design, BA or solution consulting.
- 3+ years delivering Salesforce solutions for Life Sciences or regulated industries.
- 1+ year of Salesforce Life Sciences Patient services experience.
- 1+ year of Salesforce Life Sciences experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years).
Responsibilities
- Own the functional design for a Salesforce Life Sciences workstream within the program.
- Lead design workshops with client stakeholders and translate outcomes into user stories and specs.
- Configure and demonstrate Salesforce Life Sciences capabilities and build prototypes.
- Guide and review the work of analysts and offshore team members with coaching and quality oversight.
- Support testing, data migration, training and deployment activities for the workstream.
