Job summary

Zeektek seeks a senior Salesforce Architect to own the Salesforce architecture roadmap and integrate CRM into the broader enterprise architecture. You will lead hands-on design across clouds, mentor teams, and translate technical strategy for executives.

You’ll collaborate with analysts, developers, PMs, and clients, driving governance, security, and scalability while advancing Salesforce programs and cloud integrations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Solution Architect, Tech Lead, or Integration Lead on Salesforce programs.
• Extensive Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds and integrations.
• Deep knowledge of architectural patterns, governance, and licensing constraints.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC and SOQL/SAQL for custom development.
• Experience with ISVs, managed packages, and additional Salesforce clouds.

Job description

We're seeking a senior Salesforce Architect to own the Salesforce architecture roadmap and integrate CRM into the broader enterprise architecture. The role combines hands‑on technical depth across multiple Salesforce clouds with leadership: mentoring teams, running design reviews, and translating technical strategy for executives. You'll work closely with business analysts, developers, project and program managers, SMEs, solution architects, sales teams, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the Salesforce architecture roadmap across its lifecycle, aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions fit the broader organizational framework, working with program managers and stakeholders.
• Partner with BAs, developers, and PMs to align architecture with business requirements.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation and artifacts.
• Work with SMEs, solution architects, sales teams, and clients to resolve constraints and design optimal solutions.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to the application development team.
• Lead design reviews and enforce quality and consistency standards.
• Troubleshoot platform and integration issues. Improve scalability, stability, performance, and efficiency.
• Identify performance bottlenecks early in implementation.
• Implement and oversee data security and protection measures.
• Lead organizational change management for Salesforce implementations.
• Drive innovation using new Salesforce features and technologies.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Integration Lead on implementations that included Salesforce (SFDC) and at least four integration endpoints.
• Extensive Salesforce Solution Architect experience across multiple clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics (CRM Analytics), and Communications Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of architectural patterns, multi‑org strategy, and Salesforce best practices.
• Salesforce integration expertise plus advanced custom development in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). LWC expertise is emphasized.
• Experience evaluating ISVs, managed packages, and additional clouds such as Field Service, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
• Strong enterprise architecture knowledge, including how CRM fits into overall infrastructure and strategy.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce configuration and customization, governor limits, editions, and licensing constraints.
• Knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Proficiency in SOQL and SAQL.
• Proven leadership: mentoring, conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect (completed or in progress).
• Telephony, VoIP, and networking knowledge.
• Cloud architecture experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with speech‑to‑text engines and AI/ML concepts.
