Job summary

Hidden Jobs seeks a senior Salesforce architect to own the functional shape of a client’s Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360, and connected systems. This role is contributor-grade, deciding what is configured, built, integrated, or kept off-platform, and defending those choices to senior business and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with at least 3 years designing multi-cloud solutions end to end.
• Deep configuration experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including Flow, Flow Orchestration, and Approval Processes.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce sharing/visibility model, integration patterns (request-reply, fire-and-forget, batch, event-driven, middleware).
• Design familiarity with Data 360 and Agentforce, including when they are not the right answer.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect credential (or equivalents) and experience with data migration, org consolidation/splits.
• Ability to produce build-ready artifacts and engage clients professionally in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate business capability needs into an end-to-end Salesforce design and decide build-versus-configure-versus-buy-versus-integrate for each piece.
• Design the data model, sharing and visibility model, and automation strategy as a single, coherent decision set.
• Run design authority sessions, defend architectural choices to senior stakeholders, and enforce declarative and code standards across squads.
• Break the target architecture into shippable increments and review implementation against the design, intervening early when work drifts.
• Own non-functional requirements including data volume, performance, security, and auditability.
• Facilitate discovery and process-mapping workshops with business and IT, and push back on requirements that would compromise platform integrity.

Role overview

A senior Salesforce architect is needed to own the functional shape of a client's Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360, and connected systems. This is a contributor-grade role rather than a task-execution position: the architect decides what is configured, built, integrated, or deliberately kept off the platform, and defends those choices to senior business and IT stakeholders. The work spans solution design, governance, and delivery support on multi-cloud enterprise programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with at least 3 years designing multi-cloud solutions end to end.
• Deep configuration experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including standard object models and declarative automation such as Flow, Flow Orchestration, and Approval Processes.
• Strong grasp of the Salesforce sharing and visibility model, including large-org performance implications, and integration patterns (request-reply, fire-and-forget, batch, event-driven, middleware).
• Design-level familiarity with Data 360 and Agentforce, including where they are not yet the right answer.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect credential (or equivalent constituent certifications) and demonstrated experience with enterprise data migration, org consolidation, or org splits.
• Ability to produce build-ready artifacts such as data models, sequence diagrams, integration inventories, and decision logs, plus professional English for direct client engagement.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working inside a client's governance process and operating across multiple parallel delivery squads.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
