seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to provide enterprise-level technical architecture and guidance for Salesforce initiatives across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce architecture experience and a strong understanding of enterprise integration, security, data architecture, development standards, and scalable Salesforce solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Technical Leads, developers, and enterprise architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall Salesforce technical architecture for enterprise initiatives.
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions across FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Translate business and functional requirements into comprehensive technical architecture and solution designs.
• Establish Salesforce architecture standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Evaluate technical approaches and recommend solutions aligned with business and enterprise objectives.
• Design Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs and integration technologies.
• Define Salesforce data models, security architecture, sharing strategies, and access controls.
• Provide technical direction to Salesforce Tech Leads, developers, administrators, and implementation teams.
• Review solution designs, technical specifications, code, and implementation approaches.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability concerns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Support technical planning for Salesforce releases, deployments, and production implementations.
• Troubleshoot complex architectural and technical issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.
• Participate in architecture reviews, design sessions, and strategic technology discussions.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or similar senior Salesforce architecture role.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce platform and enterprise architecture.
• Strong experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, integration, automation, and customization.
• Experience designing complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development concepts including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and APIs.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governance, scalability, performance, and security.
• Experience providing technical leadership across large Salesforce programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business, technical, and enterprise architecture teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, or similar.
• Strong financial services industry experience, particularly with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms and API-led architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment strategies.
• Experience leading full lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce governance and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore delivery teams.
