Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience and architecture exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Salesforce architecture across Agentforce, Data Cloud/Data 360 and core Salesforce platforms.
• Design and implement Agentforce solutions including agents, topics, actions, grounding and automation.
• Architect Data Cloud solutions covering data ingestion, data modelling, identity resolution, unified customer profiles and calculated insights.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using APIs, MuleSoft and event‑driven architectures.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and practical technical solutions.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical design sessions and architecture reviews.

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Agentforce and Data Cloud (Data 360) to design and deliver next-generation Salesforce solutions.

You'll work across Salesforce CRM, unified customer data, AI agents and automation, helping organisations turn their Salesforce and customer data strategy into scalable technical solutions.
