Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, business/public administration, or related field.
• Experience may substitute for the required education.
• Salesforce Administration certificate or ability to secure within a defined time post-hire.
• Ability to perform all duties of a program administrator with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and follow-up for a team of technicians supporting an enterprise system based on Salesforce in a SaaS environment.
• Provide consistent, high-level performance and availability of division technology resources.
• Responsible for training/coordinating staff on IT systems, processes, procedures and rules.
• Continually collaborate and coordinate with team members and project stakeholders.
• Manage incoming requests from multiple boards and division services, triage issues as they arise, and schedule resources to address.
• Provide reports to reporting authority meetings with a focus on issue review, resolution approval, and priority setting.
• Chair meetings, organize polls for proposal disposition and priority, and communicate results keeping board staff informed of system modification schedule.
• Communicate issues with management with suggested responses, keep abreast of issue resolution efforts.
• Communicate system issues and outages to administrative and boards staff, provide work-arounds, if available, and keep all staff informed of issue status. Work with staff and other partners to determine tasks and timelines for issue resolution.
