Qualifications

• 3-5 years Salesforce experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, reporting, dashboards, security, and automation.
• Experience training and supporting end users and troubleshooting Salesforce issues.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, training, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and support of the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to implement enhancements.
