Job summary

Nintendo of America Inc. in Redmond, WA, is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead mid-to-large technical projects across Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Order Management, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver on strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. The role requires 4–6 years of PM experience, strong communication, and Salesforce platform expertise; a PMP certification is preferred, and there is a hybrid

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project management experience.
• Experience with Salesforce platforms (Commerce Cloud, OMS, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Fluency in Japanese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-to-large technical projects from ideation to delivery.
• Gather requirements, build test plans, and conduct quality reviews.
• Identify and manage dependencies, recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with managers to select and evaluate project personnel.
• Define strategies, scope, and goals aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and schedule deliverables, milestones for moderately complex projects.
• Maintain stakeholder communications and project status reports.
• Manage estimates, budgets, and vendor relationships.
