Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project management experience.
• 2+ years delivering projects on Salesforce platforms (Commerce Cloud, Order Management, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Japanese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-to-large technical projects from ideation and planning through delivery.
• Define requirements, test plans, and quality reviews across the project lifecycle.
• Identify dependencies, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with managers to select personnel for the project and ensure effective operation.
• Define project strategy, scope, and goals aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and schedule deliverables, milestones for moderately complex projects.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide status updates throughout the lifecycle.
• Establish budgets and schedules; review vendor estimates for cost effectiveness.
• Build customer relationships and ensure seamless project delivery with Nintendo.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contracts.
