Responsibilities

• Attend client discovery sessions and document business needs.
• Translate discovery findings into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support creation of configuration guides, training materials, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Developers, and Consultants to resolve questions.
• Write test scripts and participate in testing.
• Assist in status updates and project tracking.
• Shadow and support senior team members during workshops and sessions.
• Over time, take ownership of Salesforce configuration and integrations.
• Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce best practices across industries.
