Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, Product Strategy or related roles.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is required.
• Healthcare payer and claims ops experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe product management practices.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience defining vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Business, Architecture, Engineering, and Agile Delivery.
• Experience developing business cases and defining future-state solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate options.

Responsibilities
