Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as Product Owner/Platform Manager/Business Analyst.
• 3–5+ years hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, especially Health Cloud.
• Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud experience a plus.
• Proven track record managing a Salesforce roadmap and leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience leading Salesforce implementation initiatives.
• Strong communication skills translating business needs to technical concepts for all staff.
• Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Preferred: Salesforce Accredited Health Cloud Professional, Product Management Certification.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term Salesforce product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Act as the liaison between business units, executives, consultants, and technical teams.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.
• Enable end users to utilize Salesforce to meet company goals.
• Lead release management, governance, and change management processes.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices for performance.
• Triage Salesforce support tickets and train users.
• Serve as SME on Salesforce functionality.
• Handle user provisioning and access management.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards with data leads.
• Collaborate on data migration, mapping, and integration maintenance.
