TEEMA is seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to lead the architecture, strategy, and evolution of a mission-critical healthcare platform. You will translate business goals into secure, scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions and guide developers, admins, and partners to ensure best practices across integrations, data strategy, and platform governance.

The role focuses on defining technical vision, leading teams, and driving innovative PoCs while aligning with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
7+ years of application development experience, including 5+ years with Salesforce Health Cloud.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and Agile methodologies.
Proven technical leadership, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and integration strategies.
Lead technical direction for development teams and external partners.
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
Define architecture standards, documentation, and governance.
Design secure data models, integrations, and security frameworks.
Support DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software delivery.
