You will drive discovery to launch in an agile environment, mentor analysts and PMs, and ensure alignment with business SLAs and user expectations, delivering high-impact healthcare technology solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years software development with success shipping software in agile environments.
• 5+ years as a Product Manager focusing on strategy, vision and roadmaps.
• 2+ years leadership overseeing a team of Product Owners/PMs
• 2+ years on Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives (implementation, integration or upgrade).
• 5+ years building and managing technical product teams using Agile.
• 5+ years in healthcare Payor domain.
• 3+ years coaching/mentoring analysts, PMs and scrum masters.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration with a growth mindset.
• General understanding of programming, cloud and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with migration, modernization to cloud, and digital transformation.

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and versatile Senior Product Manager to drive the roadmap of strategic initiatives and manage stakeholders to provide maximum value, aligns with the business SLAs and User expectations.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years required experience in software development, with demonstrated success shipping software through multiple releases managing the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch in an agile environment.
• 5+ years of required experience as a Product Manager with a focus on product strategy, vision, and roadmaps.
• 2+ years acting in a leadership capacity overseeing a team of Product Owners/ Product Managers
• 2+ years working on a SalesForce Health Cloud initiative (new implementation, enterprise integration or upgrade)
• 5+ years of experience in building and managing technical product teams using Agile framework
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare Payor domain
• 3+ years of experience coaching, mentoring or leading a team of business analysts & product owners, scrum masters.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a growth mindset focused on agility and development.
• General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts, including Cloud and AI/ML
• Experience with Application /Database Migration, Modernization to Cloud, Digital Transformation
