Conch Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Salesforce Health Cloud initiative, shaping the roadmap and coordinating with stakeholders to maximize value. This is a remote, contract-to-hire opportunity requiring strategic vision and strong leadership.

You will drive discovery to launch in an agile environment, mentor analysts and PMs, and ensure alignment with business SLAs and user expectations, delivering high-impact healthcare technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software development with success shipping software in agile environments.
• 5+ years as a Product Manager focusing on strategy, vision and roadmaps.
• 2+ years leadership overseeing a team of Product Owners/PMs
• 2+ years on Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives (implementation, integration or upgrade).
• 5+ years building and managing technical product teams using Agile.
• 5+ years in healthcare Payor domain.
• 3+ years coaching/mentoring analysts, PMs and scrum masters.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration with a growth mindset.
• General understanding of programming, cloud and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with migration, modernization to cloud, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmaps and strategic initiatives for Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment with SLAs and user expectations.
• Drive lifecycle from discovery to launch in an Agile environment.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, PMs and scrum masters.
