McKesson seeks a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to define and drive the Salesforce strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the Specialty Health organization. This role serves as the technical authority for Salesforce solutions, partnering with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to deliver scalable, secure healthcare technology.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, Salesforce architecture, or related leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
Hands-on experience architecting Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
Experience defining solution architecture for highly integrated enterprise platforms.
Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, event-driven architectures, and enterprise application design.
Ability to influence technical strategy and communicate architectural decisions to executives.
Experience leading architecture governance, standards, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Salesforce platform strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Specialty Health organization in partnership with Product and business leadership.
Design, architect, and govern enterprise Salesforce solutions utilizing Salesforce Health Cloud and related platform capabilities.
Partner with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Engineering teams, and end users to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Lead architecture reviews and establish standards that ensure performance, security, reliability, compliance, and scalability.
Architect and oversee Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities including patient management, care coordination, scheduling, and healthcare workflows.
Define and implement integration architectures connecting Salesforce with internal applications, third-party platforms, data services, and healthcare systems.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance across delivery teams, architects, and engineering stakeholders.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend platform improvements that support long-term business and technology objectives.
