Job summary

Concentrix invites qualified Forward Deployed Engineers to join our Salesforce Agentforce practice in Bellevue, WA. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents, integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems, and work directly with customers to translate business needs into production solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years Salesforce experience, Agentforce hands-on delivery, and proficiency with LLMs, RAG, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce platform experience including configuration, customization, and development.
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise apps and APIs in production environments.
• Lead workshops and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize agent performance, security, and adoption.
