Job summary

Concentrix seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer — Salesforce Agentforce to partner directly with customers and product teams, turning AI opportunities into production-ready solutions. You will design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using Agentforce, LLMs, and AI capabilities to tackle enterprise challenges.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining business strategy with technical delivery to accelerate enterprise transformation and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience incl. configuration, customization, and development.
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce.
• Strong experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Partner with customers and teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and agentic workflows within Salesforce.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise apps via APIs.
• Configure Salesforce components like Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Einstein AI.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with architects.
• Lead or support workshops, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Monitor AI agent performance, security, usability, and adoption.
• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, governance, and deployment automation.
• Create documentation, designs, deployment guides, and playbooks.
• Work in agile delivery environments from opportunity to production.
• Serve as a trusted technical partner bridging customer needs and AI implementations.
