Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with production AI or enterprise integration.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on AI grounding with LLM orchestration and RAG pipelines.
• API design experience (REST/SOAP/webhooks) and agent protocols (MCP, tool calling).
• Experience with MuleSoft or custom middleware to connect AI agents with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of data modeling and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Ability to whiteboard architecture with execs while writing production code.
• Familiarity with enterprise automation tools and competing AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize complex enterprise workflows using Agentforce Operations (AFO).
• Implement agent communication protocols and MCP for context sharing across agents.
• Design and maintain real-time data grounding systems using RAG and vector databases.
• Develop APIs and integration pipelines to Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite.
• Leverage AI tools within daily developer workflow to move from architecture to deployable code.
• Ship ETL/ELT pipelines and build real-time agent performance dashboards.
• Bridge deployments with product/engineering teams to feed edge cases into roadmaps.
