Job summary

Salesforce is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Agentforce Operations in the Bellevue area. You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions inside customer environments, connecting multi-agent systems with enterprise data.

Expect hands-on coding, API work, and real-time data grounding in a fast-paced, collaborative team. You’ll partner with Deployment Strategists and AI Engineers to transform unstructured data into autonomous workflows with humans in the loop,

Qualifications

3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery with at least one AI or enterprise integration deployed.
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and hands-on AI grounding experience.
Experience with LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and enterprise data knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

Design, build and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
Architect real-time data grounding systems and manage multi-agent communication protocols.
Develop APIs and integration pipelines connecting AFO/Agentforce to data platforms and ERPs.
Collaborate in an agile deployment pod and contribute production code from day one.
Track performance, observability, and business outcomes with dashboards.
