Job Responsibilities Include:

  1. Manage the sale of complex and high-value outcome-based contracts through direct outreach to land new logos, expanding the Salesforce footprint within existing NTT DATA accounts, and working with Salesforce as part of a channel motion.
  2. Develop and recommend strategic sales plans, account management, and pipeline development to support business growth and profitability objectives.
  3. Onboard, manage, and upsell complex client relationships post-sale.
  4. Develop a strategy for long-term success across your portfolio of clients & prospects.
  5. Participate in management reviews of performance metrics of the account relationship and business initiatives.
  6. Work closely with the internal team to deliver premium service to clients.
  7. Provide visibility to Salesforce stakeholders to drive expansion opportunities.
  8. Identify opportunities for expansion of Salesforce services within the existing client base within the region.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years' experience in consulting or IT services selling into industries such as BFSI, Energy and Utilities, Healthcare, etc.
  • Minimum 4 years of Enterprise Sales and Business Development experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Analytics Cloud.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling MuleSoft solutions in addition to Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Advanced ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Exceptional influencing, presentation, and professional sales skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
  • Advanced ability to develop accounts as a trusted advisor.
  • Advanced ability to design, scope, and sell innovative IT solutions via integration of NTT DATA services.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $180,500.00-$281,200.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s work location, experience, skills, and qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on performance and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, and more.
