Job Responsibilities Include:

  1. Manage the sale of complex, high-value outcome-based contracts, including new client acquisition and expanding Salesforce footprint within existing accounts, collaborating with Salesforce as part of channel strategies.
  2. Develop and recommend strategic sales plans, manage accounts, and build pipelines to support growth and profitability.
  3. Onboard, manage, and upsell to complex client relationships post-sale.
  4. Create strategies for long-term success across your client portfolio.
  5. Participate in management reviews of account performance metrics and business initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver premium client service.
  7. Provide visibility to Salesforce stakeholders to identify expansion opportunities.
  8. Identify opportunities to expand Salesforce services within existing regional clients.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years' experience in consulting or IT services sales, targeting industries such as BFSI, Energy and Utilities, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Pharma, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Media, Technology, Travel, Transportation, and Logistics.
  • At least 4 years' enterprise sales and business development experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Analytics Cloud.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling MuleSoft solutions alongside Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Exceptional influencing, presentation, and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor and to develop accounts.
  • Ability to design, scope, and sell innovative IT solutions integrating NTT Data's services and capabilities.

Compensation for this remote role in the US ranges from $180,500 to $281,200, depending on experience, location, and qualifications. The position may include incentive compensation based on performance and offers comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
