The dentsu Gaming team is comprised of three distinct business lines:

  1. Gaming Agency Services: Working with brands like Kellogg’s, Heineken, and Microsoft.
  2. Games Development & Publishing: Creating and publishing games.
  3. Gaming Products: Develop solutions for the dentsu network focused on gaming and entertainment.

Job Overview:

The Integrated Client Lead reporting into the SVP, Gaming Agency Services will drive the global marketing vision, strategy and execution for our clients. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of client work across all dentsu brands globally. This includes creating a collaborative culture, integrating and identifying new capabilities, using dentsu relationships, and driving revenue and profit growth. This is a remote opportunity.

Flex between serving as a strategic visionary leader coaching the team, and being the subject matter expert to get the job accomplished. Building relationships both across the team is critical, balancing partnerships and challenging the status quo.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop the strategic vision for the client and our relationship with dentsu.
  2. Leading, mentoring and scaling dentsu teams to achieve the vision.
  3. Manage integrated P&L – both revenue and profit growth.
  4. Understand clients' marketing challenges and engage them on broader issues and opportunities.
  5. Lead with cultural sensitivity and understanding in different businesses and markets. You will be the ambassador of collaboration, embodying dentsu's values.
  6. Manage multiple relationships in a matrixed environment, creating solutions for several different teams and global locations.
  7. Integrate into the existing marketing team, and build trust and credibility with product development, commercial, and other internal and external partners.
  8. Promote the business internally and externally, encouraging team activity in the industry.
  9. Attract, develop, and retain talent as part of implementing a talent strategy for the dentsu client team.

Qualifications:

  1. 15+ years of brand marketing experience in all areas of marketing (product marketing, influencer, creative, social media) and experience leading teams to achieve growth.
  2. 5+ years of global and international experience developing and promoting “big picture” ideas that meet global targets.
  3. Experience developing business plans and budget proposals to deliver the business targets for our regional and global clients with multiple SOWs.
  4. Well-organized, self-directed, and a team player.
  5. Available to travel both domestically and internationally.
  6. Versed in leading change in complex organizations and implementing new operating models.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $163,000-$263,350. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
