Job summary

Cotality is seeking an experienced Salesforce-focused leader to govern platform strategy and drive continuous improvement across Sales, Marketing, and CX Service. You will mentor a growing team, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in enterprise apps, 5+ years in Salesforce leadership, and strong Agile experience. The role supports a hybrid work model with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Enterprise Applications; 5+ years specifically in Salesforce Leadership.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator and Platform Builder.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance across Salesforce org and standardize processes.
• Remediate architectural issues and reduce technical debt.
• Own end-to-end development with clear documentation and deployments.
• Lead and scale a team of Product Analysts with agile execution.
• Manage vendor partnerships and co-sourced delivery models.
• Improve service intake with robust case categorization for prioritization.
• Monitor support ecosystem against defined SLAs and report insights.
• Ensure traceability between Salesforce Cases and Jira Epics/Tasks.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and translate business needs into user stories.
