Job summary

Clarivate seeks a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the commercial, ERP and Finance app portfolio, shaping strategy and operation around Salesforce and NetSuite. A hands‑on leader will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver a streamlined, integrated technology stack.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in enterprise applications, 5+ in leadership, and deep experience with CRM, ERP, and integrations. Hybrid work from Philadelphia area is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology, business systems, or related field.
• At least 10 years in enterprise applications with leadership experience.
• Proven portfolio ownership across CRM, ERP and connected apps with Salesforce and NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, delivery, governance and ops for commercial, ERP and Finance apps.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to improve core processes.
• Lead implementation and ongoing operation of Oracle NetSuite and related applications.
• Own integrations, data migrations, reconciliation, reporting and sign‑off in delivery plans.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and manage partners, budgets, and resources.
