Job summary

Clarivate seeks a Director, Enterprise Applications to lead our commercial, ERP and Finance application portfolio. You will shape strategy, implementation and ongoing operations centered on Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Service and Finance to deliver a streamlined, integrated tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology, business systems, Finance systems or related field.
• At least 10 years of enterprise applications experience.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing application teams, platforms, major programs or systems integrators.
• Experience owning a portfolio that includes CRM, ERP and connected business applications, with Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite experience.
• Experience managing commercial and sales technologies beyond the core CRM platform.
• Experience leading a major implementation, separation, consolidation or business-systems transformation.
• Strong understanding of lead-to-order, quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and record-to-report processes.
• Experience with integrations, master data, data migration, controls, testing and production support.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, governance and operational performance of commercial, ERP and Finance applications.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Customer Service to improve key business processes across Salesforce and the wider ecosystem.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing operation of Oracle NetSuite and applicable finance apps.
• Own integrations, data migration, reporting and system of record management.
• Lead design, configuration, development, migration, testing and handover while ensuring continuity and financial controls.
• Lead a multidisciplinary applications team and manage partners, budgets and resource plans.
