Job summary

Cotality seeks an experienced leader to govern our Salesforce platform and drive value across Marketing, Sales, and CX Service communities. You will lead a high-performing team, shape architecture, and partner with vendors to deliver strategic enhancements.

The role requires senior operational experience, strong Agile discipline, and deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Jira. Hybrid work arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator and Platform Builder preferred
• 10+ years in Enterprise Applications; 5+ years in Salesforce Leadership
• Experience managing managers and multi-team backlog priorities
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum and SDLC governance
• Ability to vet technical solutions (Flows, Apex, LWC) for scalability and maintainability

Responsibilities

• Drive platform governance across the Salesforce org with standardized business processes
• Refactor architectural components to reduce technical debt within sprints
• Own end-to-end development, documentation, and deployment pipelines
• Lead and scale internal Product Analysts through Agile practices
• Oversee vendor partnerships and co-sourced delivery models
• Optimize internal service intake with robust case categorization
• Monitor and report on support ecosystem performance against SLAs
• Maintain traceability between Salesforce Cases and Jira Epics/Tasks
• Facilitate Sprint Planning and Backlog Grooming with stakeholders
• Maintain familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira, and GitHub to guide SDLC
