Job summary

Accesscorpcareers is seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Director to own architecture, integration, and governance of our Salesforce ecosystem. The role combines hands-on platform work with strategic leadership, overseeing data usage beyond Salesforce and AI integrations built in-house.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of admins and developers, manage vendor and integration decisions, and translate Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations priorities into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on Salesforce experience including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
• Experience leading a team of Salesforce admins and developers.
• Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security model.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and release management tooling.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with adjacent platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong CPQ configuration and quote-to-cash process experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce admins, developers, and architects.
• Translate priorities from Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations into Salesforce solutions.
• Design and maintain the Salesforce security model, including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and Shield.
• Own the deployment pipeline and release process using DevOps tooling.
• Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Boomi, Tamr, NetSuite, and Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Explore and architect AI integrations leveraging Salesforce data.
• Manage CPQ configuration, product and pricing data integrity, and the quote-to-cash process.
• Maintain data quality and governance across the ecosystem.
• Document architecture, configurations, and processes.
