Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with focus on enterprise-scale deployments.
• 3–5 years in solution architecture or technical leadership.
• Hands-on Salesforce implementation in complex environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Energy and Utility Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and executives to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (databases, APIs).
• Guide developers on Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Establish governance around development, release management, and environment strategy.
• Define architecture standards, coding guidelines, and security policies for Salesforce implementations.
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products, apps, and third‑party tools to meet business requirements.
• Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, reliability, and compliance.
• Maintain architecture documentation and mentor junior architects on Salesforce best practices.
• Support project planning, estimation, and risk assessment.
