Qualifications

• Experience managing Salesforce custom implementations in an administrative or project leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce features such as custom objects, flows or automation, and dashboards.
• Background in data migration, data cleaning, and data quality management.
• Ability to support reporting and metrics tracking using organized data.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Comfort working across multiple teams and balancing technical tasks with stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to gather requirements, facilitate meetings, and support UAT cycles.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute research-related programs and proposals.
• Gather, organize, and share project information with stakeholders.
• Assist with workflows tied to payments, legal coordination, and program operations.
• Help build a Salesforce-based CRM and proposal processes.
