Job summary

Pew seeks a Manager of CRM Applications to lead governance, administration, and enhancement of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and SmartSimple. You will oversee a team of Salesforce professionals and partner with stakeholders to deliver value.

Responsibilities include roadmapping, architecture, vendor management, and budget oversight, with travel to Pew’s DC office quarterly. Strong leadership and nonprofit experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience including staff, project, and/or consultant management.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience with performance management.
• Experience in operations or project management with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce certification preferred; nonprofit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the platform owner for Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and SmartSimple, directing health and long-term direction.
• Directly manage team members, set priorities, monitor progress, and set performance targets.
• Build and maintain platform roadmaps, aligning technology with business needs.
• Create solution designs, shape requirements, and ensure scalable architectures.
• Configure and administer Salesforce and CRM solutions based on requests and releases.
• Enforce architecture standards and oversee design reviews and delivery oversight.
• Manage contracts, vendor relationships, and budget planning.
• Foster a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
