Job summary

Horizontal Talent in Seattle, WA is seeking a hybrid Program Manager to drive research programs, Salesforce administration, and data-driven reporting. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, support CRM improvements, and help scale operations across teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing Salesforce custom implementations in an administrative or project leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce features such as custom objects, flows or automation, and dashboards.
  • Background in data migration, data cleaning, and data quality management.
  • Ability to support reporting and metrics tracking using organized data.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Comfort working across multiple teams and balancing technical tasks with stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to gather requirements, facilitate meetings, and support UAT cycles.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Job description

Join a dynamic team supporting impactful research programs through a blend of program management, Salesforce administration, data organization, and stakeholder collaboration. This hybrid role in Seattle, WA offers the opportunity to help launch and improve new initiatives, strengthen reporting and dashboards, and contribute to meaningful work across internal and external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination and execution of research-related programs and proposal processes
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather, organize, and share project information
  • Help manage workflows tied to payments, legal coordination, and program operations
  • Assist with building and improving a new Salesforce-based CRM and related proposal management processes
  • Organize and clean data to support reporting, analytics, and dashboard development
  • Contribute to process improvements that make research programs more efficient and scalable
  • Prepare documentation such as SOPs, user guides, and training materials
  • Support stakeholder meetings, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing
  • Help coordinate research insights, outcomes, and internal/external outreach efforts

  • Ability to create clear training resources and process documentation
  • Experience using analytics to help influence dashboard design and reporting needs
