Job summary

PMCH seeks a Salesforce Support Coordinator to provide front-line assistance to program staff, helping with access, navigation, data entry, and basic report interpretation. The role supports training materials and documentation, monitors system usage, and collaborates with leadership to promote data-driven program management.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of CRM experience, familiarity with Salesforce, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates Degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience with a CRM/database system.
• Salesforce experience preferred for user support and reporting.
• Experience resolving end-user issues via help desk or admin support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for Salesforce-related staff support requests.
• Escalate complex issues involving configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
• Review reports and dashboards to identify data entry gaps or trends.
• Support onboarding and ongoing staff training activities.
• Assist with routine system maintenance and user account management.
• Promote data entry standards and Salesforce best practices.
