Job summary

Doximity is seeking a Technical Program Manager with deep Salesforce expertise to serve as the connective tissue across our Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product and Marketing teams. You will drive end-to-end Salesforce initiatives, act as a player-coach, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You’ll own team rhythm, cross-functional coordination, release management, and real-time dashboards to keep stakeholders aligned and deliver impact across the business.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud required; Service Cloud preferred).
• Hands-on experience with basic development (Apex, SOQL, APIs).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary orchestrator across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Marketing.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and Salesforce solutions.
• Establish and maintain operating cadence across teams with sprint planning and release prioritization.
