SRI Tech Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to lead requirements and user stories in an agile environment. The role collaborates with Tech Leads, Product Owners, developers, and QA to drive delivery and transitions with vendors and the tech team.

Ideal candidates have extensive BSA experience in Salesforce, strong BA skills, and familiarity with Jira and agile processes. Wealth management experience is a bonus. Hybrid work setup in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Formación

• Extensive Salesforce BA experience required.
• Strong BA skills and agile experience.
• Experience with data integration/migration preferred.
• Wealth management experience is a nice-to-have.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into user stories and requirements.
• Coordinate with tech leads, product owners, developers, QA.
• Oversee delivery/transition of requirements with vendors/tech team.
• Define target state with solution architects.
