Zscaler is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our IT Business Applications team in a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA. You will design, develop, and scale Salesforce solutions that empower stakeholders and optimize processes.

You will leverage Apex, LWC, and platform best practices to deliver robust applications, perform thorough testing, and maintain data integrity across environments. The role emphasizes quality, security, and scalable architecture in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a CS/IT background.
• Experience leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate Salesforce development and test classes.
• Expertise in Lightning Components with CSS and design parameters.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, architecture, and core platform capabilities.
• Experience programming in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Component development.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to customer assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize UI with LWC and Aura, align with SLDS and modernize Visualforce pages.
• Design Apex Controllers, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL within governor limits.
• Refactor Apex classes to improve context-aware execution and maintain code quality.
• Write Apex test classes to ensure high test coverage and manage deployments via VS Code and Git.
• Perform data administration and environment synchronization using Data Loader.
