Job summary

CDPHP is seeking a Salesforce Developer to analyze, develop, and test solutions using agile methods. You will work with IT and business teams to translate user stories into implementable designs, write code, perform unit tests, and ensure delivered solutions meet requirements.

Level I–IV accountabilities scale from small feature work to complex initiatives. Candidates should have Salesforce development experience, certification encouraged, and ability to collaborate across the organization.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field; in lieu of degree, six (6) years of experience.
• Hands-on technical experience on Salesforce development or configuration in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web components, flows and declarative tools
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform development including Apex classes/triggers, LWCs, APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permissions)
• Knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and data model design
• Ability to understand user stories and identify application impacts
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge and familiarity with testing techniques (unit and system)

Responsibilities

• Develops code and analyzes, researches, and resolves system issues.
• Attends daily standups and communicates with team to understand requirements.
• Creates and maintains application documentation.
• Participates in design reviews and code reviews.
• Maintains urgency toward timelines and results.
• Supports and follows all documented IT processes and standards.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected.
• Performs other functions as assigned by management.
