Job summary

Kumon Math and Reading Center of Windsor is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Developer to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, and APIs. You’ll work across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, with hands-on work on Agentforce and AI features.

This role requires in-office collaboration in the NY/NJ area. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, a Platform Developer I certification, and experience with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in Apex and LWC.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; II and JavaScript Developer I are a plus.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including hands-on with Agentforce or similar AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for high-performing UX.
• Develop and support solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Build and configure Agentforce and other AI-driven capabilities for customer service and marketing.
• Design scalable Salesforce data models balancing business requirements, security, and performance.
• Write and optimize SOQL queries with governor limits in mind.
• Determine when declarative solutions are appropriate vs. custom development.
• Integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Own Salesforce solutions through full lifecycle from requirements to production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, and contribute to platform best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations).
