Job summary

HireTech Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build, test, and ship real solutions alongside Business Analysts, Admins, and fellow Developers in a collaborative team.

This role sits within one of our core pods (Service Cloud, Pricing, or Finance) based on fit, and you will contribute to agile ceremonies, write clean Apex and Lightning Web Components, and design REST API integrations to connect Salesforce with other systems.

Qualifications

• Experience building on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows)
• Comfort working with SOQL, SOSL, and DML
• A genuine interest in working as part of a team, peer-to-peer work and code reviews
• Strong communication skills when collaborating with non-technical teammates
• Experience with version control (Git) and standard development tooling
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or similar) are a plus but not required
• Curiosity and a builder mindset; you enjoy figuring things out and shipping solutions

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows
• Partner with BAs and Admins to translate requirements into working functionality
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retros as part of an agile team
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs with QA and other developers
• Design and integrate REST APIs to connect Salesforce with other systems
• Contribute to architecture discussions and best practices
• Support release and deployment activities with the pod
