Job summary

Capgemini in Atlanta is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to join our DCX team and contribute to enterprise Salesforce implementations. You will design and build Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs, configure declarative tools (Flows, Dynamic Forms, Validation Rules), and support data migration and integration efforts.

Collaborating with architects, business analysts, QA, and stakeholders, you will help deliver scalable solutions in an Agile environment, with Salesforce

Qualifications

1–3 years of Salesforce development experience.
Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Proficient in Flow, App Builder, and REST APIs.
Knowledge of data migration and Salesforce data tools.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and Jira/Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools and Apex/LWC.
Develop reusable components and integrations to support processes.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment support.
Collaborate with architects, analysts, QA, and stakeholders in Agile ceremonies.
