Job summary

Artisan Partners is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support and enhance our Salesforce Sales platform, a critical system for the Sales Enablement organization. You will focus on UI/UX improvements and modern interfaces within Salesforce.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with Lightning, LWC, Apex, and integrations, plus an AI-forward approach using technologies like Agentforce and Snowflake Cortex to advance workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Salesforce development
• Experience with Apex, LWC, and integrations
• Experience with Snowflake data platforms
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, Platform App Builder, or AI certifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and support Salesforce solutions with strong emphasis on UI/UX
• Develop modern Salesforce experiences using Lightning Experience, LWC, and App Builder
• Develop and maintain Apex, SOQL, triggers, and APIs; automate platform processes
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise data platforms via REST/SOAP APIs
• Maintain Salesforce security including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and OAuth
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, release management, and production support
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support data movement between Salesforce and Snowflake and explore AI opportunities
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and AI technologies
