Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Austin to drive implementation and support of SFDC projects across Sales, Marketing and Service. You will collaborate with BSAs, Products, Sales and customer care to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Experience with Agentforce, Apex, LWC and SOQL is essential; you’ll work on Salesforce Cloud configurations, integrations and evolving automation. This role emphasizes hands-on coding and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, computer science or related field
3–6 years of hands-on SFDC development, lead role in Sales/Marketing and Service modules
Salesforce Platform Developer I, Certified Platform Developer II; Agentforce certifications preferred
Experience building Agentforce Agent and bot experiences
Hands-on design and development on the force.com platform including Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, integrations
Proficient JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery; lead multi-project collaboration

Responsibilities

Implement and roll out cloud applications with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams across move.com
Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements
Configure Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud
Work on multiple integrations using middleware or custom apps
Advise build vs. buy for third-party integrations in the SFDC stack
Create business process models and design solution specifications
Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies and troubleshoot production issues
Ensure changes follow change-control practices and production deployments
