Realtor.com is seeking a Salesforce Developer to lead implementation, delivery, and support of lifecycle projects across Sales, Marketing and Service. You will participate in expanding SFDC platforms at move.com and build Agentforce agents and bot experiences, influencing decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, computer science or related field.
• 3-6 years of hands on experience in SFDC development, lead role in supporting Sales/Marketing and Service modules.
• Experience on building Agentforce Agent and bot experience required.
• Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Implement and rollout cloud applications across move.com for Sales, Marketing and Service.
• Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects and enhancements.
• Design solutions and write technical specifications for technical team members.
• Work with Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage work items and sprints.
• Collaborate with BSAs, Products, Sales and Customer Care stakeholders to translate business vision into technical reality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure changes follow change control practices.
