Job summary

Realtor.com in Austin, TX is seeking a Sr Salesforce Developer to lead the design, configuration and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions across Sales, Marketing and Service, driving the move.com SFDC platform expansion.

You will partner with business stakeholders, implement cloud applications, and contribute to Agentforce projects while embracing Agile methods and a data-driven approach to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, computer science or related field.
6+ years of hands on experience in SFDC development, lead role in supporting Sales/Marketing and Service modules.
Salesforce Certified CPQ specialist, Platform Developer I, Certified Platform Developer II, Agentforce Certifications preferred.
Comfortable learning and excelling at the latest Salesforce technologies like Agentforce.
Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including Agentforce, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, LWC, Visualforce, lightning platform, SOQL queries, components and application integration patterns.
Working knowledge of billing tools in Salesforce (CPQ/Steelbrick, Salesforce billing, Oracle CPQ) preferred.
Experience integrating SFDC with Cloud and On-premise applications such as Big Machines, Docusign, AWS and SOA.
Hands on experience in Javascript, Bootstrap, Jquery, etc.
Must have development experience with Salesforce.com including lead, opportunity and sales management.
Experience developing reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
Data analysis, trend identification and data quality remediation skills.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and time effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills.

Responsibilities

Ability to work with business teams from Sales, Marketing and Service to implement and rollout cloud applications across move.com.
Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users.
Perform application configuration activities in Salesforce – Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.
Work with multiple integration projects using middleware or third party custom applications.
Recommend build vs. buy when it comes to third party integrations for the SFDC stack.
Create business process models using best practice techniques, including current and future state solution design documents using requirements gathered.
Ability to design solutions and write functional and technical specifications for technical team members.
Operate and leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to dive deep and research production system issues, resolve user problems and elevate when necessary.
Support change control best practices, including the management of user requests/approvals and promoting changes to production.
Must be able to walk the talk and code, troubleshoot and debug for issues.
