Key responsibilities include designing and building Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, implementing Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
Recent experience with Agentforce and agentic AI within Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms.
Build and enhance Agentforce-powered experiences, workflows, and AI-driven solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Develop custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Salesforce AI and automation capabilities.
