Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to drive implementation, delivery, and support of lifecycle projects across Salesforce platforms at move.com. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, Technology and BI teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You will work on Agentforce and AI-driven automation, shaping the future of our SFDC stack while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, in-office environment in Austin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in math, CS or related field.
• 6+ years hands-on SFDC development, leading Sales/Marketing/Service.
• Comfortable with Agentforce and latest Salesforce tech.

Responsibilities

• Implement and rollout cloud apps across move.com with business teams.
• Gather, analyze and document functional/technical requirements.
• Configure Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.
• Work on multi-project integrations using middleware or custom apps.
• Design solutions and write specifications for technical teams.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and promote best practices.
