Realtor.com in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the implementation and support of lifecycle projects across Salesforce platforms including Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design scalable solutions, mentor juniors, and own critical integrations such as CPQ and Agentforce. This role requires strong technical leadership and hands-on coding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, computer science or related field.
• 6+ years of hands on experience in SFDC development, lead role in supporting Sales/Marketing and Service modules.
• Salesforce CPQ specialist, Platform Developer I, Certified Platform Developer II, Agentforce Certifications preferred.
• Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including Agentforce, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, LWC, Visualforce, lightning platform, SOQL queries, components and application integration patterns

Responsibilities

• Implement and rollout cloud applications across move.com.
• Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects and production issues.
• Configure Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.
• Work on multiple integration projects using middleware or third party; custom apps.
• Assess build vs. buy for third-party integrations for the SFDC stack.
• Create business process models and design documents for requirements gathered.
• Design solutions and write functional and technical specifications for technical teams.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Investigate production issues and escalate as needed.
• Manage change control and promote changes to production.
