Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to drive implementation, delivery and support of Salesforce projects, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Service, Technology and BI teams on move.com.

You will design solutions using Agentforce, Apex Triggers, LWC and integration patterns, work within Agile/Scrum, and translate business needs into technical reality while shaping ambitious initiatives that impact customers and agents.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands on experience in SFDC development, lead role in supporting Sales/Marketing and Service modules.
• Significant work in Agentforce, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, LWC, Visualforce, lightning platform, SOQL queries, components and integration patterns.
• Experience with CPQ tools (Salesforce billing, Oracle CPQ) preferred.
• Experience integrating SFDC with Cloud and On-premise apps such as Big Machines, Docusign, AWS and SOA.
• Development experience with Salesforce including lead management, opportunity management and Sales management.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Implement and rollout cloud applications across move.com
• Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements
• Perform application configuration activities on Salesforce – Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud
• Work with multiple integration projects using middleware or third party custom applications
• Recommend build vs. buy for third party integrations for the SFDC stack
• Create business process models and design documents
• Design solutions and write functional and technical specifications
• Operate and leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Research production system issues and resolve user problems
• Support change control practices and production deployments
• Code, troubleshoot and debug as needed
