Salesforce Staffing, LLC is hiring a client-facing Salesforce Consultant to lead delivery across small to mid-sized Salesforce projects in the USA. You will own delivery, manage client conversations, translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, configure the platform directly, and drive multiple workstreams with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration, configuration, or consulting experience.
• Experience owning Salesforce projects or major workstreams from discovery to deployment.
• Strong client-facing communication and meeting leadership.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business requests and prioritize effectively.
• Familiar with Agile delivery and Salesforce data-loading processes.
• Comfort managing multiple priorities in a remote consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery, status, planning, and UAT meetings.
• Own project plans, priorities, milestones, risks, scope, and next steps.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Configure Salesforce including Flows, Lightning pages, fields, and permissions.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, and client stakeholders.
• Support data migration, QA, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Create client-facing updates, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Leverage AI tools to improve requirements analysis and documentation.
