SourceFactor LLC is recruiting a Salesforce Delivery Lead for a client in manufacturing. The role blends business analysis, solution design, and end-to-end project delivery in a fully remote setting requiring Eastern Time Zone alignment.

You will guide discovery, translate business needs into Salesforce configurations, and coordinate with external developers through the full delivery lifecycle, while ensuring governance and secure practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of IT experience involving business applications, solution design, configuration, development coordination, testing, and support.
• 4+ years in a structured SDLC with Agile and/or Waterfall methods.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce capabilities linked to business requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand needs and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, designs, and actionable work for technical partners.
• Lead Salesforce configuration and coordinate development with external resources.
• Manage initiatives through full delivery lifecycle: definition, design, development, testing, implementation, support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, operations, HR, and other functions.
